Are you funny? Has anyone ever told you that you should do improv? Have you ever wanted to try? Here is your chance to delve into the fundamentals of improvisational comedy!

Taught by Upright Citizen’s Brigade-trained improviser and performer Matt Austin, this six-week workshop is designed to dig deep into the fundamentals of improv, helping you learn techniques to think quickly on your feet and generally be more creative and confident. Students will learn both long-form and short-form improv techniques. While the emphasis in teaching will be on having fun over achieving perfection, students can expect a class, not just games. This workshop will culminate in a ‘Whose-Barn-Is-It-Anyway’-style class show performed in the new Black Box Theater.

Are you interested but not sure if this is the workshop for you? Sign up for our trial class on August 3rd. Afterward, if you decide to register for the 6-week workshop, your $20 trial class fee will be applied as a credit!
