Miss Stacie has worked with New York City public schools as the Production Advisor for Broadway Bound, and holds an MA in Theater Education from Emerson College. Miss Stacie brings decades of experience in children’s theater and education.

Miss Dani brings over 20 years of experience in musical theater training and has dedicated more than a decade to directing and teaching educational theater. She participated in pre-college programs at both Manhattan School of Music and NYU Cap-21, and earned her BA in Theatre Performance and Speech from Wagner College.

Katie Kelly

Teaching Artist

Katie Kelly (they/them) is a local actor, singer, educator based in CT. Katie is not only a classically trained Soprano but also a local voice teacher/vocal coach alongside their day job as a general music teacher with Danbury Public Schools.  They possess both a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Performance and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Western Connecticut State University with their Masters of Science in Music Education coming from University of Bridgeport. Katie is known for their passionate and expressive performance style as well as the beauty and power of both their classical soprano sound and Broadway mixed belt. Over the past five years Kate has honed a teaching style that focuses on enhancing the strengths of the artist through adding tools and techniques to their arsenal. Katie sees themself as a collaborative artist and guide who works to bring out the skill and ability a student already possesses. 

Claire Mailhot

Claire Mailhot is the Head of Music and Theatre at The Wooster School in Danbury, CT, where she has been teaching since 2013. Her education career began at Concordia Conservatory, where she co-wrote two musicals for young performers. Claire has also taught workshops and music directed productions at ACT of CT, Musicals at Richter, and The Ridgefield Playhouse. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from The Catholic University of America. Claire is passionate about inspiring creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love for the arts in young performers. She teaches private voice lessons at her home in Ridgefield.
