Please complete this form to request seating with another party or if you have special handicapped seating requirements.

Season ticket holders: You may also use this form to reserve seats for the performance of your choice.  Season tickets are only valid for Mainstage Productions!

You will only be contacted if your request cannot be accommodated.

Please ensure that your request is submitted by noon on the day of the performance to ensure the information is received in time to comply with your request.
