STUDENT CREW SCHEDULE
Student Crews work with the casts are are expected to participate in the workshop August 19-23, Monday - Friday 9am-3pm.  They may purchase a reservation for the one-day Wednesday trip at a reduced fee.  
 

PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW AND SUBMIT.  MISSY WILL CONTACT YOU AND CONFIRM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE STUDENT CREW PROGRAM AND TO DISUCSS OPTIONS FOR WHAT ROLE YOU WILL PLAY IN THE WORKSHOP.

I agree that on behalf of myself and minor child(ren) participating in classes, rehearsals, performances, or programs of the Ridgefield Theater Barn: collectively "Programs", acknowledge and appreciate the risk of injury associated with participation in the Programs.  We knowingly and willingly assume all such risks.  Consequently, we for ourselves, heirs, executors and administrators, do waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages against the instructors, board of directors and other members of the Ridgefield Theater Barn from personal injury or accident of any sort or nature suffered by any of us by reason of participation or membership in the Program.
