Once you have a paid reservation in Developing Your Acting Career with Susan Cohen, please complete this form to provide your contact information. Ms. Cohen will then contact you by phone for a brief interview before you start the course. She may also ask some students to meet with her in advance and may request that they prepare a one minute monologue.
Please be sure your registration is submitted one week prior to the start of the class so the information is received in time for Ms. Cohen to plan for your participation in the class.
